Floor vent not blowing enough air ram 1500.

Air only appears to blow out of defrost vents at windshield when vent is selected. 2016 ram 1500 express crew cab engine. I have a 2008 dodge ram. I took out the broken recirc door that usually blocks air flow a few years back.

My issue is that no air is blowing from dash vents when vent is selected. My 2005 dodge ram 1500 hemi heating vent will not direct the air through the floor vent but goes to the dash instead in all modes. A c blows out cool air but very little air flow comes out of the vents. 2002 dodge ram 1500.
