Floor Vent Not Blowing Enough Air

Both air dampers are open and all the vents in the house has air blowing out except for one.

The air comes through the vents in the rest of my home. My central ac air conditioner system works very well. One room is hot and the rest of the house is cool. If it s dirty replace it.
