Actually there is only one solution.

Push the pry bar into the gap between the wall and the parquet.
How to remove parquet flooring with a heat gun.
Remove the baseboards from around the perimeter of the room using a pry bar.
Slide the pry bar down the molding 4 to 5.
Use hot water and soap or buy some special chemical solvent for glue removal.
Do not use bleaches as they cause damages to the subfloor especially to concrete.
If sub floor damage occurs there are acceptable cement based compounds that can be used to repair gouges left behind by the removal tools.
However it is not the best way to remove parquet flooring as it takes really lots of time and efforts.
Walk to one corner of the floor and insert the flat end of a pry bar under the end of the floor molding.
Removal on concrete may be the simplest in terms of options.
Harder to remove parquet may require a demo hammer electric jack hammer.
After you take the tiles off the floor you will also have to remove the glue.
Push down on the bar handle to pry the molding up.
